Homework: 

• Cahier pages 24-25 all except ex. 3B. 

• They can try p. 75 Unité 5: Indefinite articles (a, an, some.) un/une/des.  

        = Un for masculine nouns, une for feminine nouns, and des for plural nouns.

Monday:

      We did homework correction, and also they were supposed to have filled in any missing words on their quiz from last week, or correct mistakes. Please verify that this is done!

      They are also starting to keep a notebook of free-writing in French, if they feel up to it.

      We did two pages of the Livret de Civilisation “Noël en France”and “Noël dans triois régions de France.”

      We will start making Cartes de Noël Wednesday; they are welcome to bring any special materials, like glitter-glue.

      We started learning the French version of Jingle Bells Vive le vent, which they will sing for you at our little holiday party Dec. 15^th! They can dress up, and Valérie is bringing goodies for them.

Homework: Learn the song! :)

“Vive le vent is the French version of Jingle Bells. They are sung to the same tune, but the words are completely different. The translation given here is the literal translation of the French Christmas carol Vive le vent.
